How to Submit Your Request
To request account deletion, please send an email to support@rawawater.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the following information:

What Happens After You Request

Identity Verification We verify your identity to protect your account from unauthorized deletion requests.

Permanent Data Deletion We permanently delete your account and all associated personal data, including profile information, saved addresses, order history, wallet balance, and notification records.

Confirmation Email We send you a confirmation email once the deletion process is complete.

Wallet Balance Forfeited
Any remaining wallet balance will be forfeited upon account deletion.
